When you fill out our estimate request form, call us, or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, the service you’re asking about, the timing of your project, and any additional notes you choose to share.

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit on our site, the date and time of your visit, and the referring URL. We use a privacy-focused analytics service to understand how visitors find and use our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us strictly to:

• Respond to your estimate request and schedule your inspection
• Send you the written estimate, inspection report, and follow-up communication
• Reach you about your project (phone, text, or email — whichever you prefer)
• Improve our website, our services, and our customer communication

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your information with marketers, advertisers, or third-party data brokers.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with:

• Our accredited testing laboratory. When you order testing, we send samples (not your personal contact info) to the lab. Lab results are reported to us, not directly to third parties.
• Service providers that run our website and email. These are limited to the providers who host our site, send our outgoing email, and run our analytics — all bound by their own privacy obligations.
• Legal authorities, only if we are legally required to do so (subpoena, court order, etc.).

4. Cookies

Our website uses small text files called cookies for basic functionality — remembering form progress, anonymous analytics, and similar non-marketing purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but a few small conveniences may be lost.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer records (inspection reports, lab data, project communication) for a minimum of seven years to comply with our professional licensing obligations. We retain leads who did not become customers for up to two years before deletion. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us — see Section 8.

6. Security

We use reasonable and appropriate technical safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, secure backups) to protect the information you share with us. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we’d want for our own.

• Ask us to delete your information (subject to our seven-year retention requirement for active customer files)
• Opt out of marketing communication at any time
